Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month, deducted from the available balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.
6. A player's own request to close their account.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus balance) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within ten (10) business days, provided that no outstanding investigations, disputes, or legal holds apply to the account.

8. Intellectual Property
